# Free AI workflow audit: a one-page plan for about 15 minutes of your time

The free workflow audit gives you a one-page plan: the 3 tasks worth automating first, hours saved, and what a build would cost. It takes about 15 minutes of your time, costs nothing, and you keep the plan whether or not you hire us. Describe the task that eats most of your team’s week in the form below to start.

## How do I request my free audit?

Fill in the form. Plain language is fine: what the task is, which tools it touches and roughly how often it happens. The founder reads every request personally, and we reply within 24 hours.

**Request form** (on the HTML page at https://workflowpal.com/free-workflow-audit/): your name, work email, company, industry, and which task eats the most of your team’s week. A person submits it; there is no API for agents to submit on someone’s behalf.

Rather talk it through? [Book a 30-minute call](https://calendly.com/dan-workflowpal/30min) instead. Same audit, same plan.

## What’s in the one-page plan?

Three things: the 3 tasks worth automating first, the hours each would give back, and a fixed price for building the first one. It also flags anything that is not worth automating yet, so you don’t spend money on the wrong thing.

### Sample one-page plan for “Example Staffing Co.” (fictional)

This is what the deliverable looks like. The company and every figure in it are made up for illustration; your plan uses your own process and volumes.

The 3 tasks worth automating first (illustrative):

| Task | How it works today | What the automation does | Est. hours saved |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Sourcing for new job orders | Recruiters search the ATS and two job boards by hand for every new req | Pulls and ranks matching candidates when a job order lands, drafts outreach for review | 6–8 hrs/week per recruiter |
| Interview scheduling | Email back-and-forth between candidate, client and recruiter | Sends booking options, confirms, updates the ATS and calendar | 2–3 hrs/week per recruiter |
| ATS notes after calls | Recruiters type up call notes at the end of the day | Summarizes the call and logs it to the right ATS record for a quick check | 1–2 hrs/week per recruiter |

- **Recommended first build:** sourcing, because it saves the most time and uses data you already have.
- **Price:** one fixed price for the first build, with milestones. (Your plan states the actual number.)
- **Not worth automating yet:** offer letters. Volume is low and every one is different.

## What do you need from me?

About 15 minutes of your time: the form, plus answers to a few follow-up questions by email or on a short call. Example documents or screenshots help but are optional. We don’t need logins or access to your systems for the audit.

## Is there any obligation?

No. The plan is yours to keep. Build it with us, build it yourself, or do nothing. Some audits conclude that the best fix is a setting in a tool you already pay for, and the plan will say so.

## What happens after the audit?

If you want to go ahead, we agree the scope and the fixed price in writing and start the build. The first workflow is usually live within a couple of weeks. [See how a project runs](https://workflowpal.com/how-it-works/).

**When will I hear back?** We reply within 24 hours, personally and from a real inbox, with next steps or a couple of clarifying questions.

## Frequently asked questions

### Who does the audit?

The founder. The person who reviews your process is the person who would build the automation.

### What if nothing is worth automating?

Then the plan says so. A short, honest “not yet” is more useful to you than a build that doesn’t pay for itself.

### What happens to the information I send?

It is used only to prepare your audit and reply to you. It goes into our CRM and is never sold or shared for marketing. See the [privacy policy](https://workflowpal.com/privacy/).
