WorkflowPal is a founder-led, US-based studio that designs and builds custom AI agents and workflow automations for small and mid-size businesses. You work directly with the founder, who scopes, builds and hands over every project at a fixed price. The first workflow usually takes 10+ hours a week of manual work off a client’s team.
Who builds the automations?
The founder. WorkflowPal is deliberately small: the person who reviews your process in the free audit is the person who builds the workflow and hands it over. There is no account manager in between and no hand-off to a junior team.
We let the work speak instead of a bio: every case study gives the industry, what was built and the real before-and-after numbers.
Why does WorkflowPal exist?
Small teams lose hours every week to work software could do: lookups, re-keying, status updates, first drafts. Most can’t justify an engineering hire or a large consultancy to fix it, and off-the-shelf tools rarely fit how they actually work. WorkflowPal fills that gap with fixed-price builds that run on the tools a team already has.

How do you work with clients?

- Fixed price, agreed up front. No open-ended hourly billing. See published prices.
- Your accounts, your tools. Everything runs where you already work, and you own it at handover.
- People stay in charge. AI steps that touch customers or records wait for approval until you trust them.
- Real numbers only. Results on this site are real client figures, anonymized and never rounded up.
What tools do you build with?
Your tools first: the CRM, inbox, spreadsheets and industry systems you already run. WorkflowPal’s own systems, including the pipeline that syncs outreach replies into GoHighLevel, are built in TypeScript on Node.js. Other platforms and AI models we build with: OpenAI and Claude APIs, n8n, Make, Zapier, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Airtable, Stripe, Python, TypeScript/Node, Next.js and Supabase, plus REST APIs and webhooks.
