Privacy policy
This site collects personal information only when you submit the audit request form: your name, work email, company, industry and a description of your process. We use it to reply to you and prepare your audit, store it in our own database and CRM, and never sell it. The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts.
Who is responsible for your data?
DTK LLC, a South Dakota limited liability company, doing business as WorkflowPal (a DBA filed in South Dakota) (“we”). Mailing address: PO Box 704, Brandon, SD 57005. For privacy questions, use the audit request form and start your message with “Privacy”, or write to the mailing address.
What do we collect?
- Form submissions: name, work email, company, industry and your description of the process you want to automate. With each submission we also record the time, the country your request came from (derived from your IP address; the address itself is not stored) and your browser’s user-agent string, to spot spam.
- Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and limit how often the form can be submitted. We use aggregate, cookie-free traffic statistics from Cloudflare; we do not build profiles of visitors.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts on this site.
Why do we use it?
- To reply to your request and prepare your free workflow audit.
- To follow up about that request. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Where does it go?
Form submissions are stored in a database we control on Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1) and in our CRM, GoHighLevel, and we may get an email notification about them. A person reviews and sends every reply; replies may be drafted with the help of an AI assistant. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to the information you give it.
We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long do we keep it?
We keep audit-request details for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
What are your choices?
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Send the request through the audit form (start with “Privacy”) or by mail, and we will act on it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date below.
