AI automation for real estate brokerages

WorkflowPal builds AI workflows that answer and qualify inbound leads in minutes, hand warm ones to the right agent, and track transaction deadlines and missing documents. We have no real estate case study yet. For a DTC brand in e-commerce, the same instant-response approach took first response from 4 hours to under 2 minutes.

Where do agents and transaction coordinators lose the most time?

  • Slow follow-up on inbound leads. A buyer lead that arrives in the evening often waits until morning, and speed to lead decides who gets the appointment.
  • Leads landing with the wrong agent, or with no one, when routing depends on someone checking a shared inbox.
  • Transaction checklists: tracking contract deadlines and chasing documents by hand for every file.
  • Status updates to clients, lenders and the other side, written one email at a time.

What can AI automate for a real estate brokerage?

Brokerage workflows we automate

Anything that goes to a customer, a candidate or a carrier, or changes a record, can wait for a person to approve it until you trust it.

What results have real estate clients seen?

We don’t have a real estate case study yet, and we won’t invent one. The closest match is instant first response for an e-commerce brand:

Source: a DTC brand’s support inbox, not a brokerage. Read the DTC support agent case study.

Will it work with our existing tools?

Yes. We build on the tools you already run (your CRM, transaction management software and email), so nothing gets ripped out and your team has nothing new to learn. If a system has an API, an export or a shared inbox, we can usually work with it. The audit confirms this for your specific stack before you commit to anything.

How do we start?

Request a free workflow audit. Tell us how a lead moves from first inquiry to closing. You get back a one-page plan: the 3 tasks worth automating first, hours saved, and what a build would cost. It takes about 15 minutes of your time, and there is no obligation to buy anything.

Frequently asked questions

Is it compliant with our brokerage rules?

We build within your brokerage's policies and your state's rules. Texting workflows include consent and opt-out handling, and your broker of record approves every message template. We don't give legal advice, so check anything regulatory with your broker or attorney. Every message template and routing rule is approved by your broker before it goes live.

Does it replace transaction coordinators?

No. It handles the checklist work (dates, reminders, document requests) so TCs spend their time on exceptions and people.

Will leads know the first reply is automated?

The reply answers what the lead actually asked and hands off to an agent quickly. Whether it signs as an assistant or as your team is your decision.

Which CRM does it work with?

The one you use now, if it has an API or integrations. The audit checks yours before you commit.
